  • Developed and implemented Wells Fargo's first online business credit application, reducing application processing time, and improving the brand by speeding credit decisions to applicants.
  • Created and implemented the fleet card industry's first telephone application process for Chevron's Commercial Card, reducing application processing time, and improving the brand by speeding credit decisions to applicants.
