  • Attracted $1.6 billion in assets to Charles Schwab by acquiring new clients directly via email and enabling retail sales force to upsell existing clients at local marketing events. 
  • Brought in over $1 billion in long-term natural gas contracts by building a brand around Chevron's innovative hedging solutions for the power generation segment, and engaging directly with prospective clients.
  • Grew Wells Fargo small business credit client base by 8.5% by:
    • Increasing effectiveness of existing direct mail and telemarketing acquisition programs, using a/b testing.
    • Launching a new online business credit application, attracting prospects who were unreachable through direct mail and telemarketing.
    • Negotiating alliance agreements with firms to market Wells Fargo products to their clients, who were largely out of Wells Fargo's footprint.
  • Increased Chevron's commercial/fleet card client base by 17%, revneues by $57 million and profits by $1.1 million by:
    • Expanding and improving on existing direct mail and telemarketing acquisition programs, using a/b testing.
    • Launching industry's first phone application, attracting prospects who were unreachable through direct mail and telemarketing. 
    • Re-energizing dealer network by educating them on the profit potential of the product, and best practices for local marketing and merchandising of the product.
